K.B.C. Beauty Cancellation Policy At K.B.C. Beauty, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our time and other clients, the following policy is in place: • 24-Hour Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the booked service. • No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 20% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or need to be rescheduled.
